28th ANNUAL AUTUMN COLOURS POSTPONED TILL 2021 It has not been an easy decision, but the 28th running of the Annual Autumn Colours Classic has been postponed till 2021. As Ontario has entered the second wave of Covid 19 and the spike to be reached in the next few weeks speedway officials felt they had no choice but to postpone this marquee event. We were fortunate to be able to run two great events over the past weekends but we have always taken the position that we will not ...run events without fans and that the safety of our competitors, sponsors and fans comes first. The traditional Autumn Colours draws people from across the country and even from south of the border. Even with the shortened version we had planned we feel that the risks are to great to continue with the event. In regards to anyone that had reserved a camping site they will be automatically carried over to the 2021 event. Sept 26,2020 Schedule change- Oscaar has informed me that all the Oscaar Sprint drivers have backed out of today's race. In talking with the legends they will be adding a non-winners feature race to todays program. Remember grandstands open at 2pm with racing at 3. Tickets where sold through a lottery ahead of time.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for this past weekend. The support from the racers, fans, staff, friends and sponsors was amazing. As one racer ...said to me during the night "it was our turn to support you", and I am very grateful for everyone that took the time to bring their cars out. The nights racing was amazing and for the first event of the season ran with very few hiccups. It was also great to see how everyone abided by the new rules to be as covid save as we can, including looking after your own garbage, there was very little clean-up on Sunday.
