The Stats for the month of November are out. (Full community reports in bio) sales are 24% prices are 13%... The Market continues to see record year over year sales and average prices as a whole. We still continue to see high demand and competition for single family homes with tight supply in the 905. Detached has seen 30% in sales and 15% in condos in Toronto continue their decline with prices 3% and sales flat. It’s more if the same story, declining interest rates and continuing demand for more space and limited inventory will keep prices strong going into 2021.
