Good evening everyone. Within three months, we lose two well-known computer stores in Cornwall/SD&G area. With the retirement of John Lester of JL Computers [on Pitt St.] and the un-timely and unfortunate passing of Steve from Ace Computer Services [on Sixth St.] If you are looking for a store front for Computer services, I know that Computer Sense [Michael Galvin and his crew], Laseright [Rick Fiella and his gang], Accessoware [the crew there], are operational here in Corn...wall. Staples and Best-Buy have their technical support groups within their stores as well. There are a bunch of folks that offer computer services out there on Facebook and Kijiji as well [myself included]. I just need to advise you, that some of those people [I'm not here to mention names] you are getting what you pay for, and some of them you unfortunately are not. Please take the time to sit down with the individual or company you are deciding to go with, and make a conscious decision based on YOUR comfort level with the level of services they are providing. The last thing you want is to feel is that sense of "being duped". I hope this really helps you as the consumer know what to look for in quality computer customer service. ** Disclaimer: if you feel "called out" by this message, then maybe it's time that you evaluate what services you offer, the level of Customer service you provide (if any) and maybe as well, look at the cost of your services and see if they are truly "fair" for the area you serve. **
