Welcome Back! We want to welcome all of you back, and give you some updates on our new hours, and services we are offering starting in June. ... CURBSIDE PICKUP/DROP-OFF In addition to regular cleaning of our facility due to COVID-19, we are still asking all customers to drop-off and pickup their pets at the entrance. Please email or call us to communicate your desired haircut and also to make payments either over the phone, or using tap on our POS terminal. Our plan is to re-open our store for browsing and for drop-off and pickup sometime near the end of this month or in July. There will be a limit of one person/family at a time in the store. We will also require the use of a face mask within the store for protection of others and our staff. We will send out a notice when that happens. GROOMING Please be patient with the scheduling as we are booking a few weeks in advance due to the large number of customers who need grooming. We are now open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. We have gone back to our regular hours and will try to accommodate to your needs coming back. Our new procedure for grooming is we bathe all dogs first before we work on them. Therefore, if your dog has long matted hair, please expect the groom to take longer than usual as it takes longer for the drying process. This will especially affect larger dogs. NAIL TRIMS/A-LA-CARTE SERVICES We will be offering nail trims and other a-la-carte services such as ear-cleaning, etc starting this month. We have been getting a lot of calls about it, and we have more staff in June to ensure that we can safely offer these services to you. DAYCARE Our daycare hours have been extended to the following: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 6:00pm Sat 9:00am - 5:30pm Free Delivery & Free Mask - Pet Food/Treats/More Free Delivery & Free Face Mask We are offering free delivery for all pet food/treats/toys and other necessities during this difficult time. We have a small retail space, but we have access to multiple vendors who carry a wide range of products. Order by phone by calling 604.620.7297. There is a minimum purchase order of $50, or if the purchase is below $50, we have a small delivery charge to cover cost. We are working on putting all of our products we carry online, so keep an eye out for that announcement in the near future. We will also give you a free 2 layer reusable cotton face mask with a pocket (for adding a surgical mask) for every $50 that you spend. They are available in both adult and child sizes. Reduced Hours for Grooming & Daycare Effective Wednesday, April 1st The health and safety of our staff and clients are very important to us. Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we have implemented a few measures in addition to the regular cleaning of our facility....
