Excellent news !

We are excited to announce that our office will be opening June 1st for emergency and acute care. We will gradually expand our hours and re-open to non-urgent care later into June and July, as we all adapt to the new clinical setting. It is important to note that your well-being is our main priority. We want you to feel safe and at ease in our office. We will ensure that all safety procedures are in place, including : proper sanitization between each patient, personal pr...otective equipment worn by doctors and staff, as well as social distancing and mandatory screening for anyone entering the clinic. All appointments must be booked by phone (please no email or social media requests). Be mindful that booking appointments will be very different than in the past. Due to screening procedures, our reception staff will have greatly increased demands. As such, you most often will need to leave ONE telephone message to request an appointment and OUR office will contact you directly to help complete this. Please note repeated calls/messages to the office are not helpful. Currently chiropractic and acupuncture treatments are available. Massage therapy treatments will resume at a later date. We will notify you as this changes. Please be patient and kind as we learn to adapt to this reduced schedule to ensure proper physical distancing between patients. Please also be familiar with our new Covid19 Office Entry Policy, as follows : 1 Every patient will be pre-screened by both staff and doctor 2 All patients will be required to wear their OWN mask/face covering to enter the clinic 3 All patients must use hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic; please do not wear gloves 4 Do not enter the building until (a)we have notified you by cell phone OR (b)no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment 5 Only patients with scheduled appointments can enter the office; family and friends are not able to attend your treatment We look forward to welcoming you back !
