We have recently had a customer in our store who was rude---and disrespectful to our staff while they were trying to find the food this person wanted for their pet. We understand that these are again VERY stressful times for all of us. Moving into another lock down and only being able to provide curbside service to our customers isn't easy for anyone. Our dedicated team has been working VERY hard to serve everyone as efficiently as possible. So please take a breath and be kind to those who are on the front lines of our store who are trying to make sure you keep getting everything you need for your pets. Not treating our staff with respect while they are trying their best to help you will NOT be tolerated. In the future, anyone acting that way towards our staff will be refused service from our store.

LOCKDOWN SHOPPING UPDATE As we continue with our curbside pickup and home shopping model once, here are all the different ways you are still able to continue shopping at our Pet Valu store. ** Email a list of whatever you need to [email protected] . We will prepare your order and call you as soon as it’s ready to pick up.... ** You can call our store @ 613-599-8316 and place your order directly with one of our staff members. Again, we’ll pull your order together and call you back as soon as it is ready to pick up. ** You can also do Curbside Shopping at our store, where one of our sales associates will take your order right at our front door. Because it’s cold outside, while we pull your order together, you can stay warm & wait in your car until we let you know it’s ready for you. ** The last way you can shop is by visiting www.petvalu.com/ca Pick out whatever you are looking for on this Pet Valu website and place an On-Line OrderPick Up in Store order. Select our March & Klondike (Kanata) store for pickup, and your order will be sent directly to us. We’ll give you a call back when it’s ready to pick up. REGULAR STORE HOURS Looking aheadour temporary hours of operation will be Monday thru Sunday 10am to 6pm **All email orders placed outside our store hours will be the first ones we process the following day. Please be assured that we will be doing our best to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible.
