The lockdown rules implemented by the government require your orders to be placed prior to pickup. This means orders must be placed by phone or on line. If you walk up to our door for service, unless you call with your cell phone, we cannot take your order. Many customers have been ordering through the website. This works very well. We are continuing our curbside service same as before. No entry into the store is allowed. Today's announcement by Doug Ford did not change the way we are currently operating. We will continue to operate from 10am-6pm daily. Thank you to everyone who has been calling in orders by phone, or using the pet valu website to order.
