EXCITING NEWS! Our dog wash is officially open again. By appointment only. Please call the store to book your appointment. There are however, some new rules for the dog wash that we ask everyone please follow. 1) Only one dog to be in the wash at a time, with a single person doing the washing. 2) We ask that you do not bring any of your own grooming supplies and/or shampoos. 3) Time slots are for 45 minutes to allow us time between appointments to properly sanitize and cle...an. 4) If for any reason your animal requires longer than the alotted time of 45 minutes we ask that you book 2 time slots, which would be a charge for the extra time slot. 5) If you happen to arrive early, please wait outside of the building until the person in the wash has completed and we have sanitized the entire wash area properly, as we do have a 4 customer limit to abide by. Today is the day! We will be welcoming our devoted pet lovers back into our building! We have measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers and the employees during this uncertain time, including:... -markers to demonstrate 6 feet social distance space -arrows to indicate the flow of customers -a pay station set 6 feet away from our staff to ensure their safety -a hand sanitizer station inside our front entrance At this time we are still unable to accept cash, and we are limiting our store to 4 customers at a time. Our dog wash will not be open today.
