Help us help you With curbside pickup only things can get a little confusing, and we would like to serve you as best as we can. So here's how it works. 1Go online to www.petvalu.ca and take a look at what you would like to buy.... 2Once you know what you would like, take note of the brand, size and formula if applicable. 3Call any of our three stores Dawson 807-768-7288 Golflinks 807-345-1994 Arthur 807-623-5773 (Please know that each store only has one line) 4We will get your name and number and call you back on a separate line to allow all our customers to get through 5We will take your order and call you back within minutes to let you know your order is ready for payment and pick up. 6Call when you are outside and we will bring our paid order outside for you. Payment can be made over the phone with your credit card or at the door with your debit. We cannot take cash at this moment.

We provide shampoo, towels, air dryer and our elevated tubs only make it easier! *dogs that have been skunked are not permitted in the bath. Dogs that have fleas, ticks, mange or anything considered contagious are not permitted in the bath. Masks are still required while using the dog wash*
