We have fresh wild sablefish in for the first time in a long time! Also known as black cod or black Alaskan cod, and occasionally known as butterfish for its fantastic texture. Call it what you like, it makes a great dinner!
Spot prawns from BC are back in season! Fresh, wild, delicious.
Magician Malcolm waved his magic wand and turned this whole Atlantic halibut into fresh halibut fillets. Magical on the grill too!

Now available! One Loaf at a Time, One Bowl at a Time... Regina foodie and author CJ Katz's new cookbook, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation. Great recipes, great cause!

OK it's not fall, but at least it's not the middle of winter any more either. It's the season for a nice fish dinner though: fresh steelhead, chinook salmon, mussels or cod would all be good starts!
