Happy Sunday Personally Fit! We hope you had a safe and healthy Holiday Season! As you know, we are in the beginning of our 28 Day Lock Down here in Ontario. The gym is presently closed at this time. ... We are however allowed to run our Children's Holidays Camps, so if you have already registered, see you this week! Please ensure you have filled out the emailed paperwork before you come. We are open for our Physiotherapy Program! If you would like more information on how you can work with our Physiotherapist, Physiotherapy Assistants, or access the facility to work on rehabilitation, we will be in tomorrow (Monday) to answer any questions! We will post our very exciting online class schedule tomorrow as well! We have some awesome online challenges and promos coming up too! Stay tuned!! Happy Chilly Saturday! Great work to everyone who joined Bootcamp and to those who have already come to the gym. We are open until 6 today! It's also a great day for soup! And you can even make it healthy with a little less cheese and bacon ... Cream of Potato Soup: Sautee onions and leeks in a bit of olive oil or butter. Add celery and garlic and soften all. Loosely peel and chop white potatoes and add to the pot. Cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for an hour with salt, pepper, oregano and a few bay leaves. Add soup stock, bouillon cubes or bone broth. Cool, remove bay leaves and blend with a few spoons of pain Greek yogurt. Add to bowls and top with cheddar, bacon or ham and green onion. It will warm you up on a chilly day!
