Although Remembrance Day ceremonies at the Cenotaphs won't be taking place for the public today, there are still many ways you can Remember. You can watch or listen to the national Remembrance Day ceremony on CBC, CTV, or Global; donate to the poppy campaign or the Port Hope Legion Branch 30; walk downtown PH to view the Avenue of Heroes banners; read through our two local military history books (Book of Remembrance, and Military Contributions of a Small Town); research your family members that took part in WWI and other military conflicts (https://www.bac-lac.gc.ca//m/Pages/military-heritage.aspx_, and so much more.
