Dear Melville, We just want to take a minute to say thank you for all you have done to support us and the community these last few crazy weeks. By social dista...ncing, using our free delivery or curbside service, and staying home when sick, you have all contributed to reducing our COVID risk. As we begin to see movement towards reopening throughout the province we ask you to remember the following: Please continue to be patient with us. There are many drug restrictions still in place, which means we may not be able to get you your medications as quickly as you are used to. We definitely appreciate 24-48 hours notice when you start running low on your prescriptions. A big thank you to our counterparts at Royal Drug Mart for working with us to make sure all of our patients have access to their medications right now! We continue to work in two shifts to minimize viral exposure to our staff, so if you haven't seen some of us lately, we are still here!! We are doing the same amount of work with fewer of us in the store - another reason for us to ask for patience. We have reopened our lottery terminal. We ask that you use our ticket checker or the WCLC app to verify winning tickets. We will be happy to redeem them for you once they are signed. We have hand sanitizer and gloves for your continued use when you enter the store. We have implemented extra cleaning measures throughout the day and at "shift-change" to ensure that our environment is a healthy one for you. We are extremely proud to be part of this community and now, more than ever, the benefits of living in our small town are crystal clear. Our customers are the best!
