FLU VACCINATIONS For those of you inquiring about our Flu Vaccinations this fall we expect our supply of vaccines to arrive between Oct 5th and 19th. This year pharmacies will have access to both the high dose (for higher risk populations including >65 years old) and the regular dose vaccines (for everyone else). Note: Children must be over 5 years of age to be vaccinated in a pharmacy. For children between 6 months and 5 years they will need to be vaccinated by their ph...ysician or nurse pracitioner. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, extra measures will be put in place to protect patients, these include PPE, appointment scheduling and the option of curbside administration while you wait in your car. During these exceptional times, it is more important than ever to avoid being hospitalized for the flu. We encourage everyone to be vaccinated for the flu. It is proven to save lives.
