The entire layout design of this passive house was around incorporating the natural light. Locally sourced, custom milled cedar was used throughout the home and contrasted by a dark exterior and metal roof. This home has subtle unique features such as minimal doors to ensure accessibility, architectural dry wall-beading which eliminates all trims and moldings, and utilizes an HRV to ensure fresh air flows through this home while keeping the home cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
