For those who didn't see it in the Phelps Buzzer, or for those who don't receive it, tomorrow is the start to the No Open Air Burning season. From tomorrow until October 31st, there will be no DAYTIME open air burning permitted. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and we hope yours is too. Have a safe and Happy Easter!!!!!

This weekend we change the clocks once again. Don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
