Unfortunately here at phoebes we have had to put into place a policy concerning missed appointments. We understand life can get busy and things can be forgotten, but this is a business and as we are customer base time = money. Going forward our rules are as follows Missed appointments will result in a no show fee, this is the full price of a haircut, blow dry, or style depending on what was booked In the case of hair colour, spa service, we require 100% of what the co...lour/service would have cost, this varies depending on what was planned to be done. In the case of a pre-paid appointment, the pre-pay pays for the appointment if you yourself do not make it. (if client calls and reschedules it can be moved once before the pre pay expires) any gift certificate on file for the client missing said appointment will be charged. As long as you have called to cancel or move your appointment 24 hours before the appointment time no fee will be charged. Any and all no show fees must be paid in full before booking your next appointment. We appreciate all our clients and love serving you but as this issue has become more often recently it is in everyone’s best interest to imply these rules. If you feel that you won’t remember your appointment a reminder call or text can be made at your request.

We chose a sapphire blue that will fade out over the next 4-6 weeks (10-15 shampoos) and return to her beautiful blonde we have worked on for approximately a year to get to where it needs to be.
