Sentencing for a Dangerous Offender in the Superior Court of Justice Kingston.

Successfully argued today that my client was NCR, not criminally responsible by reason of a mental disorder. Instead of facing a harsh 7 to 10 year prison sentence for 7 offences, he will continue to be treated in a psychiatric hospital until he is ready to reintegrate into society.
