Good evening all, a great 2nd day of voting today as 171 community members showed up to vote. However, I have received a couple of disturbing incidents perpetra...ted by one member of this community. That said member has been openly campaigning for a nominee inside the polling place with other voters present , trying to sway voter's opinion inside and outside a polling station on the day of the election is outright demeaning and disrespectful of our voting process. This could be grounds for disqualifying a nominee. This said incident happened on the first day of voting. The second incident involves the same community member, this time said member has purposely inserted a hand inside a ballot box thereby tearing the secured tape that was signed by witnesses(nominees) that very morning prior to the start of voting. This is outright tampering of a ballot box. This member was not voting and has no business being inside the polling station at the time of the incident. It is unfortunate as we are trying our utmost best to keep this a clean, fair and transparent election. Such gutter behavior belongs in the street and not in our community. One more incident like that will cause the automatic disqualification of their chosen nominee. Again let us all make this election as honest and clean as we can make it for a victory without honor is a hollowed victory. Last day of voting tomorrow (June 24th). Come out and vote and see who your next set of officers will be. See you all at the Riverbank Discovery Centre for the counting of votes. Bring your lawn chairs. MABUHAY
