All batter creations boast fresh Buttermilk and Eggs, made weekly at our independent manufacturing facility. Likewise, for our exclusive meat products crafted from full cuts and without the use of fillers or by products. Top Notch GLUTEN FREE creations have been in development more recently, and the items that have made it to the restaurants thus far are getting rave reviews. Phil’s is incredibly proud of our Staff. Many of which have worked from teenagers to retirement age and still going strong. We also host families of staff that are now 3 generations strong and in one special case 3 generations working together!
