Bujinkan Phipps Dojo 28.06.2021

Happy New Year everyone, even though I know it is a bit late. As you may have hear, some restrictions are being removed, however since we train in a city facility we need to wait until the City of Edmonton gives the go ahead for activities. Keep safe, and I hope to see you all soon when we can train again. -- Anton...

As I am sure everyone is aware, we are still under the enhanced covid restrictions and as such there will be no classes for the next 3 weeks. I will update you if when the conditions change. If there is enough interest, I will record some solo exercises from Japan that can be practiced at home in the meantime. -- Anton

Starting tomorrow (November 13th,) we will be taking a 2 week hiatus in training due to provincial restrictions. For those who have paid for this month's training, you can either get the amount reimbursed or credited for next month. Class tonight will go on with the current measures in place. -- Anton

Tonight at class, we will be training our strikes individually and against pads (of course we will need to follow all the health protocols) . This will be based off the work we have been doing with the Koshi Sanpo. Emphasis will be on structure first, and speed through footwork second. -- Anton
