A little story in how it came together was that a customer who was an absolute Chicken Pho lover decided to order our Grilled lemongrass chicken with our the Chicken Pho. After a couple bites, our customer was IN LOVE with how the lemongrass and the broth complimented each other so well to bring a rich flavor. Ever since then, the comb...ination found a place on our menu!! Just like our Beef Pho, we take the time and care to consistently create our authentic Chicken Pho recipe. Our Pho Ga, also known as Chicken Pho, is cooked for a minimum of 8 hours with spices, chicken bones, and whole chickens.
