Your body is not the core problem... It is merely a symptom of the issues that lie beneath the surface. It can be easier to focus on trying to solve what’s on ...the surface, but the real work is digging deep within you to unearth the limiting beliefs and their origin stories. Many people also discover that their eating disorder has been a way to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Positive news is all of the above can be worked on and through and an eating disorder is not a life sentence.
