Starting over doesn't have to be about a job, relationship, home, etc, it can, and most often is, within. I'm starting over once again with my weight, which is not a new path. But starting over doesn't havecto be new, it can easily be a recurring thing in your life, and even though you've been there before, that doesn't necessarily make it any easier. Ok, so here's where I'm at... I am embarrassed and can't find it in me to be able to embrace my body, now at 200 lbs after spe...nding several years at only 140 lbs and feeling wonderful. I grew up heavy, and always felt there was a skinny girl in there... and there was for a while. I feel the pressure of fitting my wedding dress in Sept and feeling the way I did when I was tinier. I'm acting impulsively and out of desperation, buying magical fat burning pills (yup, I really went there), and so on. I just don't know how to radically accept where I'm at and I so badly want to trust I'll achieve my goals in getting back down, but I have so much doubt. I've realized how much I still have to work on self love... I got to a certain level while I was in a body I loved, but see how so much of accepting myself was tied to my skin suit, and how far I have to go in loving it regardless. I feel I'm not the only person going through something like this, so I'm posting everything I'm feeling right now.

Hello everyone! Thank you for your patience as I've been away. It's been a very busy personal several months with several exciting announcements. First of all, I'm getting married in September to my soul mate and love of my life, Brett! He's also going to join me here on Phoenix Rising! We have also moved into our dream home, which includes me having a specifically designated reiki and reading room! Great reminder!

So it has been a hot minute since my last post. It has been a time of restoring and recovery for me, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was completely drained, barely having enough energy for my own self care. Now, I have my energy back, and because I'm at a better vibration, magic is flowing again. I've had the perfect duplex fall into my lap, have a man who is everything I've wanted in a soul mate, and am manifesting like crazy! Its all happened within the last week, well, Brett has been in my life for a while, but big steps have occured just lately. It is truly magical to receive the Universe's gifts when you're energy is a match for it. It is exciting, being so blessed, and you can be, too. Just remember to practice self care and trust the Universe as it is always working for you.
