Tumbling clinics with Jenn and Janelle are up on the website if you would like to register! They will run Saturday, October 17, 24 and 31. There are clinics for three levels: rec/level 1 level 1/level 2... level 2/ level 3 (invite only) If you aren’t sure what level to register the athlete in, you can contact Coach Jenn at 1-204-392-5359. We still have room in our Tiny Tykes and Parent Me classes which start on October 17. Tiny Tykes run Saturdays from 11 AM until noon and Parent and Me run Saturdays from 9am to 945am. These classes are all about discovering movement through circuits, games, songs, etc! ... These classes run until the middle of December. The cost is $225+ GST. The municipality of Ste Anne has now been upgraded to pandemic level orange in Manitoba. What does that mean for PCA? 1. When visiting the facility you must wear a mask. (A policy we had already adopted weeks ago.)... 2. We are closing our viewing area to all classes with the exception of our preschool programs. We have taken the Return to Play protocols very seriously from the beginning and, in most cases, have gone above and beyond what has been required. We will continue to do so in order to protect our coaches, athletes families and our fellow Manitobans. Our hearts go out to our fellow cheer clubs that have to close temporarily. It’s just a pause! The new Covid-19 restrictions that are being put in place in Winnipeg and surrounding municipalities on Monday don’t affect our current operations. We will continue with the Covid protocols we have been following since the beginning which already include mandatory masks for athletes during stunting and masks for families who are viewing. Great news!! We’ve moved our Tiny Tykes class for ages 5 and 6 to Saturday mornings from 11 AM until noon! Classes start on October 17 and you can register right on our website. Link on our home page! Classes will run until mid-December and the cost is $225 plus GST. These classes offers coach-guided lessons with fun-filled, playful movement sessions for independent learners! It’s a great way for young children to build relationships while working in a group setting, listening, taking turns and following instructions. These classes help with general motor skills with a focus on fundamentals of movement including balance and coordination.

We are excited that our viewing loft is now open to families with a few measures in place to ensure social distancing rules are being followed. families are invited to watch on a rotational basis (schedules were sent to each team) only one member per family can stay during their rotation. masks must be worn.... chairs must remain in place on the markers on the floor. there is no switching days with other families. family members must leave during the last 15 minutes so we can bring in the next class safely. A few other reminders: please refrain from distracting athletes during practice keep a positive attitude. Negative comments about athletes or coaches will not be tolerated. please clean up after yourselves! We can’t wait to see everyone this week! #pca #cheer
