Contrary to popular belief I actually know that fear (or being afraid) is an invisible layer that COVERS our strength. It is a real emotion which needs to be respected not dismissed. Fear is your brain telling you there is a challenge ahead and YOU have the smarts to pause and think it through (It means you’re not stupid.) So give yourself that time and respect yourself.... Embrace your fear. Pause and think it through. Take a step. Cross that line into the unknown and be victorious!
