There are always two sides to a confrontation. Neither party is without blame in this confrontation. The restaurant for messing upon the order and the customer for her unreasonable request. Management of the restaurant offered to replace the order and to refund the money previously paid for the order. The lady refused this offer. She wanted her money refunded, new pho soups without pork or pork broth and in addition she wanted some appetizers all for free and if the restauran...t did not accept her proposal she was going to use social media to attack the reputation of the restaurant. Management did not accept this proposal. Her money was refunded prior to the police arriving to plead her case. The management of the restaurant did not abuse this lady. Management simply refused to be bullied and refused to refund her money plus provide her with free pho and appetizers. Management in a gesture of good faith was prepared to refund her money and provide her with two new pho soups without pork but would not be pressured into providing free appetizers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron who does not conform to civility. See more
