Most little kids do not like the snow and cold (at least for photos - sledding and building snowmen is totally fine), but Eric was an exception to that rule!
Claudette and Marc's photoshoot was just on the cusp of snow, so it gave plenty of excuses to snuggle for warmth!
While I wish the fall colours could last forever, they look so pretty when we get early snow along with them! Henriet and John got to make use of the first snowfall of the season, and John pointed out that their autumn family photos on Christmas cards would look a lot different than everyone else's!
At last year's family photos, Madison was justifiably grumpy in the cold weather. This year she got to twirl and laugh in the warm sun!
Doggies + Santa to get you into the holiday spirit! I hope Santa Paws brings you everything you wish for! Check out the blogs for some highlights of our visit with Santa earlier this month.
Woutera and Roy celebrated a birthday and new granddaughter by getting their full family together for photos. Check out their extended family session on the blog!
Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe holiday season <3 -Tanya & Cam
Rob and Robbi had hoped to focus on their grandchildren at their photoshoot, so they were a little hesitant when I called just the two of them up for a photo. The chorus of "Awwww!" that came from the family when I posed them helped reassure them :)
Magrath has such a beautiful nature park, so I was totally on board when Trish and John asked me to come visit them closer to their home for photos!
It's amazing how you can get two totally different photos just by turning around! In one direction was the amazing pink sunset from yesterday's photo. As I followed the flight of the geese, the sky gradient transitioned back to blue. Did you know I have photos available for purchase as high quality art prints? Wind turbines line large portions of the horizon along Highway 3 between Lethbridge and the Crowsnest Pass. Having grown up in the Pass, the most iconic of these are the original wind farms in Cowley. On this particular drive back to Lethbridge after a visit, I pulled over to photograph the turbines against the mountain sunset and had incredible luck as the flock of geese took flight!
