ISO Advise/ Opinions We are currently trying to sever 1.3 acres of land. In order to do so the township/ county gave us a list of conditions. One condition is to basically donate/give approximately 1 acre (35,000 feet) of road frontage to the county as well as PAY for the survey and close / reinstate the gate in order to sever the parcel that we want. Please note that the frontage that they are requesting has absolutely no connection to the parcel we are trying to sever.... This seems completely unfair to us as we have already paid for 2 surveys and donated a 10mx10m daylight triangle (nowhere near our purposed new lot) and a 15x15 daylight triangle. And now they want even more land for free....... land that WE currently pay taxes on?? Not to mention I have tried to reach out to the department rep on many occasions for clarification/ discussion since September and have yet to receive a reply or call back. So basically we are supposed to give give give and pay in order to gain one and I repeat one extra lot?!!? Has anyone else has to deal with something like this? Thanks!

It was a great night shooting with some amazing doctors & women at the Barrie Women's Health Center last night. Thank you Jillian Lynch Real Estate Our Village for setting everything up! We laughed, cried and learned a lot Be sure to watch the video coming soon.
