We were looking to make a low abv or non alcoholic cocktail. So we created "The Secret Garden". This contains fresh cucumber, apple and celery juice, Seedlip garden, lemon juice and lemon bitters, mint simple syrup and topped with sparkling wine. This is a breakfast sandwich of my creation to satisfy all the textures and flavors I love. It consists of fried pork belly, crispy fried egg, chili crunch, crispy fried shallots, kimchi, kewpie mayo, and cilantro scallion slaw all on a steamed bao style burger bun.

I thought about making steamed fish for dinner in an attempt to eat better and healthier options, and honestly I'm so happy I did because it's so freaking yum. This is hake, steamed in aromats such as scallions, garlic and ginger, topped with a soy, toasted sesame oil, honey and rice vinegar dressing as well as fresh scallions and cilantro. Heating up coconut oil and scorching julienne sliced ginger in it before dumping on top of the fish is key is this recipe. The warmness f...rom the fried ginger with the freshness of the other components is so flavourful. I charred some edamame and sautéed some mushrooms to go underneath the fish and everything paired so well together.
