Hello Dear Members, Stage red is upon us and we have now been mandated by the EOHU to change our gym access procedures. As of Monday for gym access:... Go to www.PhysicalLimits.com Register ONLY 1 workout at least 24hrs in advance. Registering more than 1 work out at a time, WON’T work. Unfortunately, our day care needs to be closed in stage red in order to allow more patrons. Classes and tanning will need to be booked on Mindbody and our website. If you book less that 24hrs, in advance your card may not work. You’re taking a chance. Please, do not allow anyone into the club who is standing at the door. Email questions to [email protected] or [email protected] Unfortunately, questions asked through Facebook or Instagram can not be answered at this time.

Tuesday March 23 2021 to Wednesday March 31 2021 from 4-8pm as well as Saturday March 27 2021 from 9am to 1 pm.
