Everyday I have a power shake...but this morning I had the privilege of a little helper who helped me make our Power shake this morning. We put carrots, spinach, yogurt, 350ml of water, 2 scoops of Whey Protein powder, banana and a couple strawberries...served with a straw. Delicious. Make it a meal. Did you have a protein power shake today?

As a lot of people have said over the holidays to me I wish or I hope you have a good year! That’s great and I thank you for that...but I can’t bet on that. I’ve always been one to bet on myself...and my work ethic. Not the government, not my wife, not my parents and definitely not I wish or I hope. If it’s meant to be, it’s truly up to me.... That’s the leadership I received since I was 17 I had no guidance at all...and I thank God I met certain coaches and mentors...people who helped me channel my passion and desire to be better and guide me in the right direction towards my potential. Now I understand I’m no where near that and I don’t know if I will ever attain that but one thing is for sure I’m going to make damn sure that I do my best...and gang I’m not going to miss the opportunity to do so. I read, I listen and I associate with people who are going in the direction that I want to go. Period. That fires me up and helps me stay focused on the person I know my family, my clients, my business and my friends need me to be. So on that note, I ask you? What’s your next 2 or 3 moves going into this year?...and what system do you have in place to protect yourself from falling and slipping back into the old you?
