Physio Solutions welcomes Ethan Evans to our team! He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in kinesiology with honors. He has emergency first responder training and has worked as an Athletic Therapist for varsity baseball and professional basketball teams. His passion for rehabilitation has been supported by his work at the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic in London, Ontario. Ethan is also a volunteer firefighter for the Lorrain Valley Fire Department. His comprehensive experience in rehabilitation and ability to work well under pressure is an asset to our patients.

We would like to sincerely congratulate Madison Brunke on being accepted to the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at D’Youville in Buffalo, NY. Madison is moving forward in her career and we couldn’t be happier for her and this well deserved opportunity.

We are so pleased to announce that we will be re-opening gradually starting June 2nd! There will be a few changes to keep in mind so this is a long post... 1) We have a list of patients already started that we will be contacting to book. If you previously asked to be put on our waiting list, no need to contact us. We will call you as soon as we can book you in. New requests are welcome and can be received by telephone 705-628-3001 (office) or 705-622-3185 (cell) or by ema...il [email protected] 2) Procedure for in-clinic visits: Please use the back door at the south side of the building. A sign will be posted with self screening questions. Please complete your self screening and knock on the door. You may also text from your vehicle to let us know you are waiting. 705-622-3185 (Nat) 705-622-3224 (Dan). Once we are ready for you, we will open the door and let you in. Once you are inside we will take your temperature and review the screening questions with you. 3) Hand washing: You will be asked to clean your hands using hand sanitizer when you arrive and leave the clinic 4) Personal Protective Equipment: You are encouraged to wear a mask but this is not mandatory. We prefer that you do not wear gloves but instead wash your hands. Your therapist will be wearing mask, eye protection, gloves and gown when in contact with you. 5) Cleaning: We will require additional time to clean and disinfect surfaces between patients so we appreciate your patience while we do this to keep everyone safe. 6) Payments: Payments will be accepted through contactless cards or by etransfer to [email protected]. We will no longer be accepting cash. 7) Forms: All forms or documents will be emailed for electronic completion 8) Online appointments: We will continue online care when appropriate. We understand that some patients are not ready to come into the office for various reasons and that is ok. We will accommodate you based on your comfort level. We expect that online consultations may continue on a permanent basis for some cases since they have worked so well for some of our patients. Some patients may not be able to attend in person due to work schedules as well as transportation and distance barriers. We look forward to keeping this option available for you.
