Dear valued clients, PhysioFit has been open since March as an essential service! For the safety of our team and our clients we have an extensive COVID 19 protocol in place which includes pre screening all clients, day of treatment screening with temperature checks and several additional in clinic protocols. We have installed a medical/surgical grade air filtration and purification system in the clinic. Our team is outfitted in the appropriate PPE, all areas of the clinic have been fitted to adhere to the strictest of Covid 19 protocols including plexi glass barriers, access to sanitizer and sanitizing wipes throughout the clinic, mandatory masks and EVERYTHING, from point of entry to exit, used in the clients treatment is fully sanitized after each use.

Our continued commitment to our clients and our teams health and safety. In addition to our extensive COVID 19 protocol, PhysioFit has purchased a top of the line air purification and air filtration system for our clinic which exceeds the requirements of dental offices and filters and cleans the air in our clinic 45 times an hour. This is our commitment and proactive approach to ensuring the health and safety of our clients and our team; making sure our clients continue to have access to our expert rehabilitation team.

Today is our fearless leader Dave’s birthday and I wanted to do something to commemorate not only his birthday but his incredible journey and unbelievable passion and work ethic that has never wavered since starting his physiotherapy practice in 1998. When a client was renovating his MIL’s home, our first home together, and found his original business cards that had fallen in behind the baseboard I knew I had to call on Todd Lindsay Designs to create the perfect gift. PhysioFit has met and exceeded all COVID 19 protocols and directives ensuring the safety of our clients and our team. We have been open throughout the COVID 19 pandemic as an essential service. As of May 26th we are able to resume treatment for all our clients, previously we were treating only emergency and urgent cases. David Forrest and Stuart Wakefield are available Mon 7-5, Wed 7-5 and Fri 7-1 for all your rehabilitation needs. Dave and Stuart are available Tuesdays for our at risk and vulnerable clients. COVID 19 Update - PhysioFit has been open since the Ontario government and our regulators provided guidelines on Physiotherapists operating as an essential service. Since late March we have operated under a strict protocol to ensure the health and safety of our team and our clients. If you need emergency or urgent care, if you have been injured, if you are in pain or are in need of post operative physiotherapy you can trust us with your rehabilitation needs. David Forrest ...is the sole treating therapist in the clinic. Treating one client at a time. All areas of the clinic are set up to ensure social distancing from point of entry throughout your treatment. The following COVID 19 protocol is in place: *A face mask/face covering is required while in the clinic *Indoor shoes to be worn in the clinic and soles of shoes sprayed with alcohol upon entering the clinic *Sanitize hands upon arrival *Complete COVID 19 Screen and sign attestation *Place all personal belongings in a bin (bins are sanitized after each client) *All equipment used during treatment/active rehab is placed in a designated area and sanitized after each use. At PhysioFit we are committed to ensuring your health and safety while we provide exceptional care throughout your treatment plan. This is the PhysioFit difference. Effective immediately we will require all clients to wear a face mask or face covering when attending the clinic. We believe it is an added layer of protection for our team and clients and is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. We continue to adhere to our strict screening, sanitizing, disinfecting and required distancing protocols for all clients in the clinic. Dave Forrest is the sole treating therapist on site with all required PPE to provide treatments to our clients.

We welcome the RIVERSIDE ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION BRANCH 255 WINDSOR ONT CANADA for their support as a drop off location for pajamas. Thank you to Debra Thompson from the branch for her superb poster making talents and willingness to help in whatever way she can; and to Anne Nantais and the generous staff at Maryvale Centre for again promoting and supporting our efforts. This year Modo Yoga Windsor & Tecumseh is on board to offer support for the project. Thank you to our friends and family who joined us for a pre-kick off this weekend.
