We are officially re-opening for in-clinic care on Monday, June 8, 2020 with updated policies/procedures as recommended by Public Health, as we strive to support and keep our community safe! We are excited to announce that we are aiming to re-open the clinic on Monday, June 8, 2020, pending official approval from Public Health. We are continuing to offer Virtual Care as well as Urgent Physiotherapy Services at this time, and are available via phone, email, or social media for any questions or booking inquiries, as we prepare to re-open safely as per Public Health. We have implemented many changes in the clinic for everyone’s health & safety, including updated pol...icies/procedures, our booking processes, reduced clinic capacity, and expanded clinic hours. All updates will be reviewed with clients upon booking, upon arrival at the clinic, and will be posted within the clinic for easy reference. We will provide update & confirmation on the re-opening date once we receive final approval from Public Health. Stay tuned!

Covid-19 Update: To our amazing community, clients, friends & family: Effective end of day, Tuesday, March 17, 2020, PhysioLink Porters Lake will be temporarily closed in respect of the recent updated recommendations by the Public Health Agency of Canada, as well as the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.... Late last evening, the Canadian Physiotherapy Association sent out updated recommendations based on the Public Health Agency of Canada and the provincial and municipal governments, that in most outpatient settings, clinics should be closed to respect the social distancing protocols being rolled out across the nation. They continue to recommend that in order to optimize social distancing, that physiotherapy services in the community setting only be offered to clients with urgent needs. We are trying to navigate what qualifies as urgent needs at our clinic, and what that care would look like in order to keep ourselves, and our community safe. This is a heartbreaking decision that will impact our entire team & community, but understand that in extraordinary times we need to take extraordinary measures. When we are on the other side of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and we are able to safely re-open, we intend to return to normal operations and full capacity as quickly as possible. Stay safe & stay healthy!
