Check our photo...notice anything different? Yes, looks empty. And that's our point. When we opened after the Covid-19 shutdown, we cleared out the extra equipment and created more space for healthy distancing, not to mention the new protocols we have implemented. ... We aim to keep everyone healthy while getting everyone healthier!

What is Virtual Therapy all about?? We have been getting a lot of questions about our #virtualtherapy so I wanted to create a simple post of FAQs about it, including #physiotherapy #MVA #chiropractic #exercise If you have any more quesitons, please ask! And I'll create more posts here... 1. What kind of health services are covered? Generally, we can do #Physiotherapy #Chiropractic #counselling #Dietitian services virtually. We can do any services that are allowed by the Col...leges (regulatory bodies) for each of our practitioners. 2. Is it covered by my #extendedhealthbenefits? We have confirmation from most of the large insurance that these services are covered. Since these services are listed as appropriate under the Scope of Care for our registered practitioners, your insurance should have no reason to decline the coverage. Indeed, the Colleges have had clear protocols for delivering virtual therapy for many years, even before this Covid-19 crisis. 3. I have not seen you before/I have a new health issue, can you assess my condition without seeing me? Yes. We have done several #assessments in the first few days since offering #virtual care. The frist step is to contact us through phone, email, or FB messanger. Together we'll decide what your concern is related to, and if an assessment is appropriate. 4. What about the #handson care, can you do that? No, not at our clinic. The Colleges gave clear instructions that only "emergency care" is allowed in person. Given that we very rarely see emergency services, we decided to close our in-clinic services for now, and refer any emergencies to hospital, which are also better equipped to handle in-person services, with respect to Covid-19 risk management. 5. If you are not doing hands-on, should I continue care now, or wait until you open again and can include hands-on care in my treatment? The best answer is, talk to us. We have been trying to reach our recent patients, to discuss this exact question. We can decide together. Often the best course is certainly to take one session, so we can review your prior treatment plan with you, discuss ways to continue your self-care. Stay safe all!
