What the Heck is a Jumpboard? Jumpboard classes are offered at Physique as 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. The jumpboard is an attachment that allows the Pilates Reformer to serve as cardio and strength training machine by elevating the heart rate while challenging the core and total body strength. Jumpboard is appropriate for individuals with a current basic training regimen who are looking to amplify their workouts. Beginners are welcome!
