Introduce a new member of our farm in 2021: Dumpling Truck on H and L Farm!!! The truck still needs a bit of work. We are trying very hard to get it ready for this summer. Meanwhile lots of cooking and experimenting is happening in the kitchen to finalize the menu. Here is a peek of what’s cooking in the kitchen.

Can you imagine picking fresh carrots and bok choy at this time of year in Okanagan? I’m always amazed by how resilient plants are and how little they need to survive harsh environments. Happy holidays and stay safe!!!
