The journey continues

Thanks to all my music parents who helped raise $500.00 towards Gael’s gift of hearing.

Another year over. Wonderful evening with a house full and beautiful music. Thanks everyone.

Have not posted on here for a long long time but thought I should update. Due to some health concerns I'm not taking on a bunch of new students. I have room for a couple in Iron River and room for a couple home schooled kids in Cold Lake. There will be no preschool programs. Thanks.

Eleven years later, was great to see this former student in a leading role in Westside Story. Well done.

Want to thank all that came out for the preschool program from Oct - Dec. I hope you found it enjoyable and worthwhile. I'm thinking of running a second set starting mid February. In the first ten weeks we looked at playing rhythm instruments in time, starting and stopping in time and learning some basic music ideas. In the second 10 weeks we will perfect these skills and as well as look at more ear training for high and low sounds and learning left and right. If you are interested, please message me. Cost is $90.00 for the 10 weeks. Parents are encouraged to find other arrangements for younger children but if not possible, one parent could be absent from each class to look after the younger ones. This class is offered in Bonnyville, but if there is enough interest, a class could be run in Cold Lake.

Preschool program starts this Thursday and 10:30. Looking forward to meeting these new little children. This program involves parental involvement. If you must bring other children with you, hopefully we can work out a system for one parent to look after the smaller children so that the other parents can sit in on the lesson. See you Thursday.

Time to begin thinking about piano lessons again. For those in the Bonnyville area who are looking for private lessons, I will be teaching on Wednesday at my daughters home just outside of Bonnyville. Please contact me if you are interested. I don't have too many spots available. Also trying to put together a preschool program for 3 & 4 year olds. Will take 6-8 students. This is a half hour program once a week in the morning. Please let me know if you are interested and I will send you a registration form.
