For this weeks Pizza of the week we’re going to teach you how to Dougie! The Dougie starts with an olive oil base and then we add feta, red onion, oregano, mint and a special sausage we like to call ‘sausage a la dougie’, prepared using ground pork, cumin, chili flakes and a mixture of herbs to season. We’ll be serving up the Dougie all week long, swing by to try it out!

We are so excited that we got the chance to team up with Abigale and her family to support the light the night walk! $2 from each of last weeks, Pizza of the Week, The Abigail, will be donated to Light the Night in aid of blood cancer research and support programs. The total amount raised was $550 and the Piatto family is so moved by Abigales determination and bravery that we are going to match that amount for a total donation of $1,100 to further a cause very near and dear to us all.
