The ‘Pancetta e Pisello’ First, we add butter and minced garlic to a skillet. Once the garlic is properly roasted, we add our house-made spaghetti. One of our favourite moments of the week is almost here Friday evening Aperitivo. Drop by and grab a drink from our Aperitivo menu and pair it with a small plate like the gnocchi fritto, a hand-rolled potato pasta we deep fry and serve with pesto aioli!
