Good morning everyone, so now that school is closed many are home with the kiddos doing homeschooling, as i am. More stress which means we should make more time for ourselves before the day starts or at the end of the day to unwind. So i have decided to not do a challenge but i will post workouts to be done like in the challenge with daily/weekly posts that will help you during this time. I will help with foods , making the time to exercise and a workout routine to help get ...you started. keep an eye out this week ill start posting you can start whenever you want but i do want to know about it . ok so looks like im not getting enough people interested in joining my group for the 30 days challenge which is fine lol All new to me also , now im gonna take extra time to hopefully get more interaction so next month i will try promoting it more to hopefully gather enough people to join and learn more about changing some habits into healthier ones and a great workout included. Im interested in knowing for those who have put there health/well being on hold? What is stopping you from getting yourself back on track? Is it lack of knowledge? Not knowing where to start? Can you even find the time to do exercises 2-3 times a week ? How about your nutrition ? What do you eat and what is good to eat for your health? Im hoping i can help with that in helping you choose healthier foods that fuel your body the right way and in getting your body moving more . ...For the challenge all you will need is whatever you have at home, dumbbells, bands even cans will do. no nutition plan just better guidance in your nutrition. Good morning Guys so i have been working on a 30 challenge and hopefully this week end ill be able to finish up my videos to go along with it. so the way i ha...ve it set up is workouts 2-3 times a week ,ill be showing you the exercises and then every week we will concentrate on a specific habit to get work on. whether it be eating more veggies and drinking more water. Every week we will start adding more reps and the last few weeks we will change up the exercises . There is a little more that will be happening but its all about learning and having healthier habits. Im hoping to be starting April 1 or 5. Are you in?
