Due to Lock down restrictions, the planned Victoria Day Weekend campground opening is canceled. We hope to be able to open for camping and events in June for the season, it will all depend on Government restrictions and the control of the virus. Hope to see you all soon. CHEERS Marc & Patti

Kempt Shore Festivals and Kempt Shore Ocean View Campground Events for 2021 2020 has been a very challenging year for everyone but especially those in the festival and events industry and as of now the way 2021 is rolling out it doesn’t look especially good for any mass gatherings, festivals or large events, so we have to adjust to suit the situation. We are planning campouts and theme events for the first and third weekends of June, July and August subject to numbers allowe...d by Health Nova Scotia. The Campground will be open, May 20th to September 31st , 2021 Scheduled so far: May 21 24, opening for Victoria Day Weekend campout weekend. June 18 20, St Paddy’s Weekend (Irish Pub weekend) Get Your Irish On. July 2 4, Christmas in July (bring your decorations and lights, have your carols ready) July 15 18 CONCERT WEEKEND (on stage bands TBA and open mics ) August 6 8 event to be announced August 20 22 Kempt Shore Music Campout Weekend September 17 19 Appreciation Campout Weekend We will have our sound stage set up and ready for open mics and jams that spontaneously happen as is the way in Kempt Shore. All gatherings and events will be subject to Government and Campground Association of Nova Scotia rules and regulations and of course strict Covid-19 guide lines.
