#TipTuesday: Don't be afraid to go dark. There's a common misconception that black makes a room feel smaller when the opposite is more often the case! Black recedes, which makes it a great choice to incorporate into your decor, especially as an accent wall. We wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves to those who don’t know us yet. We are Jamie and Kristelle Campbell, a husband and wife duo, and so excited to be the new franchise owners for PropertyGuys.com Pictou, Antigonish & Guysborough Counties. We both grew up in the Town of Pictou and graduated from Pictou Academy. We lived in Dartmouth for a number of years, where Jamie worked as a millwright and Kristelle worked as a lawyer. In late 2018, we decided it was time fo...r some major life changes - we sold our house in Dartmouth (using PropertyGuys!), bought the PropertyGuys.com franchise for Cumberland County, and moved to Tatamagouche where we currently live with our two children, Dawson and Ayla, who are 5 and almost 3. While we loved city life, we wanted our young children to grow up in a small town much like we did. We also wanted the flexibility that running your own business can provide, so that we could spend as much time as possible as a family. Expanding the business into Pictou, Antigonish & Guysborough Counties this fall was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up and now, Tatamagouche is the perfect mid-point for our expanded territory. We are thrilled to be working and getting involved in the communities of our old stomping grounds again and to build on the success that PropertyGuys has had in the area!
