WHAT’S YOUR BODY TYPE Know your body type! Are you an: -Ectomorph? -Mesomorph?... -Endomorph? Ectomorph -very hard to gain weight -responds better to intense weight training -very minimal cardio or none at all! -typically a skinnier frame Mesomorph -gains weight easily and can put muscle on relatively easy -typically an athletic frame, broader shoulders -responds better to weight training and a bit of cardio -has to watch calorie intake depending on the diet goals! Endomorph -usually a rounder and softer look -gains muscle easily but also gains fat easy as well -Responds better to weight training with cardio regularly -has to make sure to watch caloric intake. Can you train the same as a different body type than yours? I mean sure you can, will you get the most results and get the most out of your training? No. You won’t. Everyone has a different body type and needs to train and eat in ways that their body responds the best to!
