People asked me why I hired Kendelle after so many years in litigation/court. My case is difficult and extremely painful. My response is your lawyer is your h...appiness to the next chapter of your life. You must trust them to complete the work. I took her advice and follow her lead. Depends on what you are asking of your lawyer. In my case after 15 times in court with various lawyers, Kendelle was able to assist me in seeing my kids again which many other lawyers struggled. I wish I could have used her from the start. I do find Kendelle to be aggressive when she needs to be. I often described her as a bulldog in the courthouse. I think sometimes you need that when the other party are playing dirty. Kendelle has the experience and knowledge to take on the bigger firm downtown. I am confident she will be able to assist you. So I highly recommend Kendelle if you are looking for a lawyer. Hung.

July 1, 2020 was supposed to bring sweeping changes to our federal laws on how we view and treat divorcing parents through amendments to our federal Divorce Act. These changes included doing away with outdated and loaded terms such as "custody" and "access" and replacing them with "decision-making authority" and "parenting time." Unfortunately, these changes have been delayed until next spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts.

Friday Funday! Excited to be part of the South Surrey White Rock Chamber of Commerce shopping local and sharing local initiative. Last Friday, Katherine De Vita..., Kendelle Pollitt of Pier Law & Mediation along with Adam Smith of Uptown Business Machines Inc. stopped by Cosmos Greek Restaurant and purchased fabulous Greek Souvlaki, Greek Salad with Roast Potatoes, rice pilaf, pita and tzatziki and delivered it to to the Emergency room staff at Peace Arch Hospital to say thank you for all the work they do on our behalf. Special thanks to Dr Albert Lamprecht for helping pave the way.
