Clarity is about knowing what you stand for, your mission, values, beliefs, motivations and desires that drive you forward. As enlightened, connected, and vibrant beings, we do not move backwards in the past; pondering on the things that could have, would have, should have done because that is nothing but wasted energy. Clarity is not about daydreaming, which is living in a future state, a state of wishful thinking; although visualizing a better future is a technique, menti...oned later in this ebook, that is essential in manifesting your dreams and desires- make sure you don’t mix the two. Clarity is about living in the present moment, feeling aligned with your soul’s purpose and collecting clues to reach your next destination. It is also about being present in your immediate external environment. I was feeling angry that I could not just get the delivery right, how can efficiently and effectively shoot and edit a video in less than 2 hours. Currently from start to finish, this whole procedure is taking me 3- 4 hours. To write, record, transfer files, and do some simple editing. If I keep at this rate, this challenge is going to cost me 120 hours, this is literally a full time job! How can I cut the time in half? Whilst producing high quality engaging content dense packed with VALUE. These are my thoughts, which I will sleep on and do some research tomorrow possibly? Any ideas? I hope you enjoy this video about emotional intelligence. I can remember the days and nights I spent during my days at Ledcor trying to wrap my head around Emotional Intelligence and Empathy. I still until this day, CAN NOT believe, I could not understand what it meant to empathize with someone, until I eventually did, or at least faked it at first, till I was truly able to feel, empathize, care for others, and make their pain mine, to then be able to find a creative solution that will remove that pain away, and make them smile again Thanks for watching, Sal JudyYah

Today, I decided to take it easy and give you a quick update on how the challenge is going. I decided to be standing since I can breathe easier- from my diaphragm. This is why people give speeches while standing. I believe when I recorded the video, I am recording more of a speech, which is cool because for me, personal development all started when I literally shit myself giving announcements in front of big classes of 100+ people back in my university days! It was in my second year when I joined the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering as an "Event Coordinator" to develop more skills and become more employee-able. That is how I learnt how to project my voice and public speaking. ANYWAYS, going back to this video... special thanks to Joseph Hirsch for pointing out the fact that it would be better to sound more natural than scripted, and I totally agree, so this version of the videos has been inspired by Joseph. Had so much fun doing this... underestimated the amount of time t...hat goes into making these videos lol... I just realized how many ANDs, NOWs, and Ums I say It is going to be a heck of a month.
