Our school at Pike Lake is once again collecting plastic bags for recycling. Marked plastic bins will be available outside the school for you to drop off your ...bags from November 23rd November 27th, including when you pick up your Mom's Pantry order. Students will not be handling the bags dropped of in these bins to ensure Covid-19 protocols are followed. Students at the school can also bring their family’s bags with them to school, these will be added by School Staff to the outdoor drop off bins. Once all the bags are collected, they will be forwarded to the Prince Albert Collegiate Institute, who will crochet them into sleeping mats to for people living homeless.
