Moving my body makes me feel most alive - whether I'm exercising or dancing. They both give me all the feels! . What about you? What makes you feel most alive? . Surely, there's quite a few fun ways to get that "on top of the world " feeling. As expected, my 2 choices made it to the research list:... . 1. Go experience nature. Being outside just feels right. Walk by the lake. Climb the mountain. Watch the sunrise. Run around in the rain - remember Gene Kelly from Singing in the rain? . 2. Dance! Remember that one time you got tipsy & actually danced & didn't care about everyone watching? (Being tipsy is optional) . 3. Exercise Pump some iron & get adrenaline pumping. . 4. Blast your favorite bad-ass song Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven or Eminem's Lose Yourself? . 5. Sing or scream at the top of your lungs Remember that out of tune lady singing the song Knock Me Off My Feet for the new Astro Natural Yogurt TV commercial? . 6. Laugh until your belly hurts Go see a stand up comedy show or movie like Borat? . 7. Be part of a winning team! The Queen's Gambit team or Biden Harris team! . 8. Drive fast...really fast! Another reason to Pilates - IT OFFERS AN ADDED BOOST TO YOUR SEXLIFE! When new clients came to the studio & for the first time saw the Pilates equipment with its straps, trapeze, poles, belts, springs, chains and other fun accessories we have... they often wondered and laughed to themselves, thinking it resembled a medieval sex machine or something straight off the movie of Fifty Shades of Gray. . Just Treats No Tricks! . Did you treat yourself last night? I most certainly did. How could you not with these sugar cookies & pumpkin spice ?
