The Christmas session that was planned is now cancelled due to new restrictions set out by the Province last week. It is too difficult to maintain 9ft apart now at the studio I teach at. Stay safe everyone and I hope to be back in January or when restrictions ease up.

I get asked this a lot and this is a really great summary.....but Pilates is better....ha ha!
